CREATIVE DIRECTION

Between long-term projects, I’m often brought in as a creative director to help brands find the story behind a campaign and bring it to life in a clear, compelling way. With more than 25 years of experience across film, advertising, broadcast, branded content, social media, and experiential work, I understand how to take an idea from the early concept stage all the way to the screen. I’ve had the opportunity to work on campaigns and content for clients including Mastercard, Microsoft, Grubhub, Cedars-Sinai, Hairbond, The Score, iView and many others. Whether I’m shaping the creative, directing talent, shaping the motion design or helping a team through post-production, I’m always focused on making work that feels purposeful, visually strong, and emotionally connected. Below are a few of the projects I’ve helped bring to life throughout my career.

Role: Creative Director/Editor

For more than two years, I worked closely with the Cedars-Sinai creative team to direct, produce, and edit award-winning content that showcased their doctors, medical advancements, technology, and groundbreaking case studies. From documentary-style profiles to live surgical coverage, the work helped make complex medical stories clear, human, and accessible across Cedars-Sinai’s digital and social platforms.

Title: True Gentlemen

Olympic medalist Tony Jeffries is a close friend and he reached out when Hairbond UK wanted to use him for a commercial spot. They were flying to LA in a few days and were trying to come up with a script that was possible to accomplish in the short time they were visiting. Within 24 hours I had the idea, script and full crew ready to go. The spot went on to air on TV in England and across social media platforms winning awards

iView Product Launch

Title: Welcome to iView
Client: iView
Type: Product Launch
Role: Creative Director/Editor

iView reached out to me a little over a week before NAB to create a launch video for their new home products campaign. The existing video they had produced didn’t fully reflect the image or quality they wanted to present. In just three days, I wrote a new script, cast the talent, built the crew, and directed the shoot. The finished piece received a strong response from attendees and went on to win several awards.

GrubHub Promotional Campaign

Title: Restaurant Strong
Client: GrubHub
Type: Online campaign
Role: Creative Director/Editor

During the height of COVID, I was brought in to help develop and execute a full campaign for Grubhub and The Score’s eSports division, featuring some of the biggest names in eSports. Working under intense timing and production constraints, I helped shape the script, secure locations, guide the creative direction, and direct talent through a uniquely challenging moment. The campaign connected strongly with its audience, gained major traction across social platforms, and generated millions of impressions.

The Score eSports

Title: The Score eSports
Client: The Score
Type: news, documentary and profiles
Role: Creative Director/Editor

For nearly two years, I served as the LA-based creative director, producer, and editor for The Score’s eSports division, leading creative across news content, team profiles, and original social pieces for titles including League of Legends, Call of Duty, and Overwatch. I oversaw crews, directed shoots, shaped the editorial approach, and helped guide the overall creative vision for LA-based coverage. The work was built for a fast-moving digital audience and consistently reached millions of viewers each week across social platforms.

Melrose Inc Promotional

Title: Melrose Inc Expansion
Client: Melrose Inc
Type: Promotional B2B
Role: Creative Director/Editor

I’ve known the owners of Melrose Mac since they first opened their doors, so when they asked me to help develop a campaign around their expansion, it felt like a natural fit. The goal was to create a clear, focused message that communicated not just where the company was going, but why it mattered. We worked closely to shape the campaign around the key points their partners, clients, and executives needed to understand, while keeping the creative simple, confident, and aligned with the next chapter of the brand.

Microsoft “Home Build” 2016

Title: Channel@Work Home Build 2016
Client: Microsoft/Habitat for Humanity
Type: Branding
Role: Creative Director/Editor

Channel@Work and Microsoft brought me in to help tell the story of their Home Build project, a collaboration with Habitat for Humanity focused on building homes for veterans. I led the creative direction, managed the full shoot, and oversaw post-production from start to finish, shaping the piece into a clear, emotional, and visually polished story. The final video premiered at a large gala in Downtown Los Angeles for executives and leadership teams across the partner organizations, helping spotlight the impact of the collaboration and the people it served.

OpenWager Product Launch

Title: Open Wager Project Launch
Client: Open Wager
Type: B2B Promo
Role: Creative Director/Editor

Open Wager brought me on to help develop a B2B promotional video designed for investors, business partners, and potential clients. The challenge was that the platform was still in its alpha stage, which meant there was very limited software footage or finished product material to work with. Through strategic writing, creative editing, and motion design, we built a clear and compelling explainer that helped communicate the value of the platform before it was fully realized. The piece not only supported the company’s funding efforts, but also helped position the platform for a successful sale at a significant gain.
